Kitting & Assembly
Custom box builds, insert placement, printed collateral, and promotional swaps, assembled to spec, batch after batch.
SBGA handles the messy middle of subscription commerce: kitting, pick-and-pack, storage, and returns. Your brand stays focused on curation, creative, and growth.
From inbound receiving to the last mile, our operations are designed around the recurring rhythms of subscription commerce.

We're not a generalist 3PL. Subscription is the core of what we do, not a side vertical.
Our Depew, NY facility puts 80M+ U.S. households within a 2-day ground zone, with next-day reach across most of the Northeast corridor.
Renewal surges don't surprise us. Our WMS, labor forecasts, and SOPs are calibrated for the 1st-of-the-month wave.
You get a named account lead. When something goes wrong at 4pm on Sunday, someone actually answers.
Flat per-unit rates with storage billed monthly. No PO-hidden surcharges, no mystery accessorials line by line.
Tissue wrap, stickers, hand-written notes, QR inserts. We execute the ritual as carefully as the SKU.
Onboard in 3–4 weeks, scale from 500 to 50,000 monthly boxes without switching partners.
SBGA (Subscription Boxes & Gifts America Inc.) was founded to solve a problem we'd lived through ourselves: 3PLs that treat subscription boxes like any other DTC order. They aren't.
Renewal cycles compress demand into days, not weeks. Unboxing is the product. Inserts change monthly. Curation errors become CS tickets. We built SBGA to handle all of it, with the systems and operator mindset that subscription founders actually need.
Straight answers to the things you actually want to know before switching a 3PL.
Most brands are shipping live from SBGA within 3–4 weeks of contract. Week 1 is discovery and inbound planning, Week 2 is WMS integration and SOP drafting, Week 3 is a pilot cycle with a subset of orders, and Week 4 we go full volume. Larger catalogs or EDI retail work can extend that to 6 weeks.
We're built for brands shipping 500 to 50,000 boxes per month. Below 500 we're likely not the right fit. You'll pay for infrastructure you don't need. Above 50k we'll scope a dedicated lane, but our sweet spot is the 1k to 20k monthly-renewal range.
Direct connectors for Shopify, WooCommerce, Recharge, Bold, and Stay AI. We also support flat-file and API integrations for custom subscription stacks. Reporting exports land in Looker, Metabase, or whatever BI tool your team uses.
Flat per-unit pick and pack, plus monthly storage billed by pallet or bin. Inbound receiving is billed per pallet or per carton. No setup fees for standard integrations, no PO-hidden surcharges, and accessorial charges are disclosed on the rate card, not buried in a monthly invoice.
Yes. We inspect, grade, and either restock or disposition according to your rules. Renewal-cycle returns are often recoverable for the next cohort if graded quickly. We'll flag and batch those back into kitting where it makes sense.
You get a named account lead with a direct line, not a generic support queue. Most operational issues are resolved same-day. For anything that affects shipping SLAs we notify you inside 2 hours, with a root-cause write-up inside 48.
Tell us about your box, your volume, and where you're feeling the pain. We'll reply with a straight answer and a ballpark quote within one business day.
